Welcome to Simply White Bridal! By visiting our store, browsing our website, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and a seamless experience for all our clients. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Simply White Bridal is located at 82 Larkfield Rd., East Northport, New York. We specialize in providing bridal gowns, accessories, and related services to brides-to-be. All transactions, whether online or in-store, are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Appointments
Appointments are required for bridal consultations to ensure personalized attention. Simply White Bridal is by appointment only.
- A $50.00 booking fee will be charged for all bridal appointments. If the bride says "yes" to the dress within 30 days of the appointment, the $50.00 booking fee will be applied to her order.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for all other appointments.
3. Payments and Purchases
- A 50% deposit is required to place an order for a gown. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the gown is shipped to the store.
- ALL PAYMENTS MADE FOR GOWNS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes deposits, final balances, and any payments made for accessories or customizations.
- Sales tax is applicable to all purchases in accordance with New York State law.
4. Alterations
- Alteration services are not included in the price of the gown. Simply White Bridal has an in-house seamstress and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of alterations performed by third parties.
- All alterations must be paid in full in CASH ONLY and collected at the first fitting.
5. Special Orders
- Gowns and accessories ordered specifically for a client are considered special orders. Estimated delivery times are provided but cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays from manufacturers or shipping carriers.
- SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Sample Sales
- All sample sale items are sold "as is" and are FINAL SALE. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly inspect items before purchase.
- Simply White Bridal is not responsible for any repairs, cleaning, or alterations needed for sample sale items.
7. Returns and Exchanges
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Simply White Bridal does not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including gowns, accessories, and veils.
- In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, clients must notify the store within 7 days of receiving the item. Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Photography and Social Media
- By visiting Simply White Bridal, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during your appointment for promotional purposes, including social media, unless you request otherwise.
9. Liability
- Simply White Bridal is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings while in the store.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping services, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or supply chain issues.
10. Privacy Policy
- Simply White Bridal respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during your visit or purchase will be used solely for order processing, communication, or promotional purposes (if you opt-in). Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
11. Custom Department
- All custom orders are FINAL SALE.
- A 50% deposit is required to place the custom order. The remaining balance is due at the first fitting.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
